Removes an item from a tab control.

Parameters
| $h_tabcontrol | control id/control hWnd |
| $i_item | Index of the item to delete. |
Return Value
Returns TRUE if successful, or FALSE otherwise.
Remarks
This does not delete the controls on the tabitem.
